What happens after I submit the information?
We will review the information provided in-depth and reach out to you to discuss any questions we may have and next steps!
Will I be apart of the transaction at all?
You can be as involved or non-involved as you like dependent on the service you choose. If you'd like us to handle the transaction from the signing of the Purchase and Sales Agreement to the closing, we are more than happy to and if requested, we will carbon copy!
How long is the process?
This really is dependent on many factors such as parties availabilities, information that's needed to be collected, phase of the deal and county requirements! We can close as fast as 7-30 days, but please keep in mind there are outside factors that dictate this as well!
